NNIT

NNIT was to implement support software for their customers, including Novo Nordisk. A key feature was a chat support function, which demanded an effort to change user behavior. Animated storytelling was used to achieve the goal.

Brief

Change of user behavior as employees favoured to call the support team. The new chat support function was much more effective and time saving for all.
